Nic Abernethy - Operations Manager Container Division

Prior to Icon Logistics Nic worked at Port Otago for 12 years. With experience in driving straddles & sideloaders, along with port control and planning, Nic has extensive understanding of all aspects of the container business. Born and bred in Dunedin he is a proud local and knows Otago & Southland like only a local can.

Nic started with Icon in 2013, starting off in dispatch, he now manages the container operation of all the import, export and container moves around Dunedin and the greater area.

Nic is passionate about service and customer satisfaction – just like the rest of the team at Icon.
